Report Endorsement

Similar to how data sets can now be promoted and endorsed there should be an option of endorsing and certifying a report. Reports can go through various stages on development and when they are complete they should be endorsed so other users can trust the data. Users could filter to only see certified reports. Even if a data set is certified a report can still manipulate that data to potentially give an inaccurate visualization of the data. The endorsement and process could use an identical process as data set endorsement. A report description (like data sets) could also be incorporated.

What would also be great would be to allow the REST apis to extract endorsement and sensitivity labels.

Would really like to get endorsements and sensitivity labels though the Admin - Groups GetGroupAsAdmin REST API.

I would also appreciate being able to see Endorsement via the Admin REST APIS, esp for Datasets and Apps...

I need to read endorsements using the SDK Microsoft.PowerBI.Api

Its slightly confusing, because on this page in the docs it says its available:

However the SDK nuget *seems* to be using the REST API, which does not provide that property in the docs:

All Fabric items and Power BI items except Power BI dashboards can now be promoted or certified.
