Currently, Power BI only offers PDF export as a practical way to print reports, but this process is limited and not very flexible—especially when you need to print only specific pages or do it frequently. I suggest adding a native print button inside Power BI that allows users to select and print specific report pages directly, without having to export the entire report or go through multiple steps. In my particular case, I create reports for cattle farmers, many of whom do not have internet access or technical knowledge. They need to receive printed versions of the data, and I often have to manually export and format only the relevant pages. This process is time-consuming and inefficient. I understand that Power BI is designed for interactive online use, but in rural or disconnected environments, a simple, customizable print function would greatly improve the user experience and expand the tool’s usefulness. In one of our dev data pipelines, the conenction to a source was unable to be established.  The expected result is for this to stop the job and report the failure.   The Copy action failed, as expected as it did not have access to the source.  Unfortunately, the copy action also continured to run and overwrote data in the sink/destination table with blanks as it could not retrieve data from the source.    Data Pipeline - Copy actions should not be able to continue running after it is unable to establish a connection with the source.   ... We have a need to share the data pipelines to users to delegate the capability to only execute them on demand, but not edit them. Currently a user needs to be granted a Workspace Contributor role to be able to execute the pipeline, just a reader role is not enough. But that also grants the user the ability to either intentionally or unintentially save/update the pipeline.   Also right now there is no option in the three dots drop down menu of a data pipeline item to be able to execute the pipeline by passing the parameters and run it. Yes there is a option to schedule that let you run the pipeline, but does not give you an option to pass the input parameters. If there was a way to run the pipeline and pass input parameters without opening the data pipeline item at all (like shown in the screenshot), that would be nice. Instead of opeining the pipeline, then hitting run, and then pass the parameters, that can help eleviate the risk of users saving the dafault parameters or deleting activites, that should help make it a better experience for both creators and consumers of the pipeline. In the Fabric Data Factory, ten results are displayed after the pipeline execution, but it is not possible to verify which tables were processed by the executed activities. At this point, while it is possible to check the table from the input of the execution results, it would be helpful if it could be displayed directly in the execution results as it adds an extra step. Basically, we should be able to edit the final output (data destination) columns directly in the Dataflow Gen2, without needing to go to the Warehouse itself to add the new columns (using T-SQL).   This should be possible to do in the Dataflow user interface both for the Append and Replace options.   The settings in the dataflow outputs should be applied to the destination (Lakehouse, Warehouse) without needing to go into the Warehouse or Lakehouse to add the columns.   This should work regardless of writing to a New or Existing table.    This should just work.   We should be able to choose which columns to write to the destination, and add more columns to an existing table, directly in the Dataflow user interface, without having to go to the Lakehouse or Warehouse to make any changes. ... Please make it possible to open a dataflow gen2 without taking it over. I wish we could open a dataflow gen2 even if it is "owned" by someone else in the workspace. I think that the user who opens the dataflow gen2 should need to apply their own - or shared - data source connections in order to see any data in the query steps. Otherwise, they would be able to use the owner's connections to interact with the data sources, and I don't think that's a good idea. Because the owner might not want other workspace members to use his/her connections. I think it should be possible to open the item and start editing it, and not having to formally "take over" until you are ready to publish the changes. Or some times you just want to open it for inspection without making any changes. And if you do start to edit the dataflow, but then realize you aren't able to authenticate to all the data sources, then it should be possible to cancel so that the dataflow remains unchanged and the previous connections keep working. Would be nice to have: before a user saves (publishes) changes to the dataflow, there could be a validation step to check that the user has authenticated properly to all of the item's data sources and data destinations, so that they won't cause the dataflow to stop working. I would like to suggest a Global Workspace feature in Power BI that enables centralized report design management with automatic propagation to multiple Sub-Workspaces, each configured with its own client-specific data source. Right now, to view a pipeline schedule you have to go directly into the individual pipeline to view the schedule. It would be nice to be able to view and adjust pipeline schedules in one central location for all pipelines that an individual has access to, with view vs adjust capabilities limited to user permission levels.
