Combo chart with a Cube

I have a cube that does an overall overage for a combo chart. The cube works, but when I put those same measures into the Power BI tool, it doesn't work. First, does the power bi desktop tool understand hierarchies in a cube? Also, why doesn't my overall average work when it does when I browse my cube. It's like it's not truly reading the cube. Is this a bug or a limitation of the Power BI tools and SSAS? That is truly doesn't read a cube. I'm using the desktop tool to build a report.

Hi - currently the Power BI Desktop only supports importing data from SSAS Cubes, so be aware that you're importing the detail data and when it's aggregated the calculations might give you different results. We're working on direct connections to SSAS Cubes so you can use calculations like averages in combo charts etc. - it'll come in a future release.

Thanks for the update, it is definitely a limitation so I hope that fix is in a future release in the very near future.

Regards.
