Chart with y axis in percentage and x axis in cumulative total

Hi is it possible to create a chart where the x axis would carry a cumulative total and the y axis would show a percentage like the attached. Also each bar in the chart should be a stacked chart where 2 measures can be visualised. For example for product A the sale is $250 with a contributions margin of 36% and a net profit margin on 20%. It would be really helpful if a similar visual can be developed. Thanks alot!
